Got the bundle, happy with it

I finally decided to get the Scrivener and Scapple Bundle for my writing project. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; I found the bundle easily. My license keys arrived in email within about 15 minutes, which was faster than I expected. Installation was simple for both programs on my Mac. I had a small question about linking them up, so I checked their FAQ. The answer was right there, clear and helpful. Overall, a solid experience from purchase to getting set up and using the software. Quality seems good for both programs, and they're already helping me organize my notes better.

Always a reliable experience

This was my third purchase from Literature and Latte, upgrading my Scrivener for macOS license to version 3. As usual, the process was smooth. I appreciate the consistency; the download was fast, and the upgrade path was clear. I bought Scapple a few years back too, and that was just as easy. It's why I keep coming back.

Scrivener and Scapple Bundle purchase

I finally decided to get the Scrivener and Scapple Bundle after using the Scrivener trial for a while. The website was easy enough to navigate, found the bundle deal without much fuss. Payment went through fine, and I got my license keys and download links within a few minutes. The installation for both programs on my Windows machine was simple, no complicated steps. I had a quick question about syncing with Dropbox for a project, so I used their contact form. Got a reply back in about 18 hours, which was decent. The support person was helpful. The only minor snag was that their FAQs mentioned different syncing options than what I initially found in the software, but it was easy enough to figure out once I knew what to look for. Overall, good purchase.

Scapple purchase, easy process

I bought Scapple for Windows. The purchase was straightforward. Downloaded quickly. Works well for outlining my ideas. Had a small issue finding the license key in my email at first.

Solid software, quick delivery

I purchased Scrivener for Windows after my trial ran out. The checkout process was pretty straightforward. Got the download link almost immediately and installation was a breeze. I do wish they had a more obvious place for educational discounts, had to dig a bit for that info.

Good value, minor snag

I purchased Scrivener 3 after seeing the academic license discount. It was a good saving, made the purchase feel much more reasonable for my budget. The verification process for the student discount took a little bit, but it eventually went through. I think it'll be a really useful tool for my thesis. Overall, I got a lot of software for the price I paid.

Good, but slow delivery on key

I bought Scrivener for Windows after hearing a lot of good things. The software itself is pretty powerful, way more than I expected actually. But honestly, it took like 4 hours for the license key to show up in my inbox. I was ready to dive in right after buying, so that wait was a bit of a bummer. Once it arrived though, installing and getting started was easy enough.

Reliable as always

I grabbed the Scrivener 3 Upgrade License again for another one of my machines. The process was smooth, just like my last few purchases from them. Always consistent with getting the key delivered fast.
